Den of Mysteries has been rebuilt from the ground up. Runs now have an ending, your build carries the whole way down, and rewards are better than ever.

To mark the relaunch, the DoM: Reborn Launch Event runs for six weeks. Collect Shards for a share of a $5,000 prize pool, and claim raffle tickets from Kilnbane's chest for a shot at $500 in Axie Land items, 15 Ronke PFPs, and $500 in RONKE rewards.

Runs: September 10 – October 22, 2026, 4:00 PM UTC

Check out the event docs here.

Axie: Den of Mysteries (DoM) is an onchain turn-based roguelike dungeon crawler on Ronin, playable on desktop and mobile, where every run has real stakes. Compete for a shared weekly prize pool, chase Blessings, and fight for the Throne.

Find loot, make smart moves, and earn your share.

Built by Onchain Heroes.

The Basics

To play Den of Mysteries, you'll need a Ronin Wallet. You don't need to own an Axie and there's nothing to mint, so anyone can jump straight in.

When you log in, you'll arrive in the Lobby: a shared multiplayer hub where you can chat with other players, show off your skins, and access every game feature.

When you're ready, head to the stone portal to start a run.

1. The Objective

Collect Treasure to compete for a slice of the weekly pool and hunt for rare instant rewards, all paid out in USDc.

Runs are started with keys, which cost 1 USD and can be purchased with USDc, RON, WETH, or AXS from the shop.

2. Use your keys

1 key starts a run. Using more keys multiplies your Treasure yield linearly and boosts your chances at hitting instant rewards. A run that collects 100 Treasure on 1 key collects 500 Treasure on 5 keys.

More keys = More Loot

How many keys you run is up to your skill and risk tolerance, up to a cap of 100 keys per run.

3. Prizepool Rewards

DoM pays out in USDc.

When you spend keys on a run, a portion of each key's cost feeds three distinct prize pools:

4. Run the Den

Each run takes place in a Den spanning 10 floors: nine procedurally generated floors across distinct biomes, then Kilnbane's arena on floor 10.

5. Loot, loot, loot

Your goal is to collect as much loot as you can on your run. Loot gets richer the deeper you go, but enemies get stronger too. Smash breakables, clear rooms, and uncover the secrets of the Den.

Make your moves wisely. Balance the loot you chase against your ability to survive, and make it count all the way to the end.

6. End Your Run

image.png

There are two ways to finish a run yourself:

Either way, all the loot you earned is yours to keep. A run left open at the weekly reset is finalized for you instead, which forfeits any uncut Blessing Gems and skips the Throne roll, so try to close your runs out before Thursday 4:00 PM UTC.

Reaching Kilnbane is the goal: beat him to end your run on top, and to roll for the Throne, DoM's ultimate prize.

7. That’s DoM

Loot the Den, emerge a champion, then run it back again. For details on specific game mechanics, see the Mechanics pages in the sidebar.

Weekly Cycles

Every weekly cycle in DoM begins and ends on Thursday at 4:00 PM UTC. Whenever you see "end of week" or "weekly reset" anywhere in DoM, it refers to this time.

At the weekly reset, the following are finalized:

Plan your runs around the cycle: anything not locked in before Thursday 4:00 PM UTC is settled automatically when the week turns over.
